Creative mini-heads for a sustainable future
The project “Creative Minds for a Sustainable Future” is funded by the Berlin Project Fund for Cultural Education. It was developed by sustainability consultant Julia Perez from @sustainablekiddies and is also supported by her.
In this series of workshops for children, the focus is on raising awareness of environmental protection and sustainability through artistic activities. The children learn about the importance of flora and fauna for a sustainable ecosystem and express their learning experiences through creative work such as drawings and collages.
The use of natural, recycled materials emphasizes the practical environmental approach, and at the end of the project, an exhibition of the children’s artwork will be organized to share and disseminate the concepts learned with their families.
Graffiti Art
Street art, graffiti, urban art are everywhere in Berlin. Spraying graffiti on birthdays, we teach children the basics of graffiti.
We develop our own graffiti motifs, so-called stencils or stencils. These are then sprayed on grey cardboard, where we get to know the different spraying techniques. Of course, the children take the works of art home with them at the end of the course.
NOTE: Part of the course takes place outdoors. We will provide you with protective gloves and ask you to wear clothes that can get dirty. In addition, you need an FFP2 protective mask for spraying.

Animated Films
Make your children's birthday a special experience with our stop-motion workshop!
In this creative format, we give a child-friendly introduction to making animated films - using the medium of paper. The children work in small groups of 3-4 participants and create their own stop-motion films together.
For a relaxed start, we provide lovingly prepared props and stories with which you can start filming straight away. If the group feels like it, they can of course also develop their own ideas and turn them into imaginative films. Picture by picture, the children bring their paper figures, backdrops and stories to life - supported by an easy-to-use app that turns the photos into a real animated film.
At the end of the workshop, the finished films are available digitally to take away so that the small works of art can be viewed and shown again and again.

Watercolors
Give your children a creative and relaxed birthday with our watercolor painting workshop!
To begin with, the children are given a short introduction to various watercolor painting techniques, such as the wet-on-wet technique, working with transparencies and much more. They can then bring their chosen motif - perhaps a blooming garden, an imaginative landscape or a cute animal - to life with watercolors. Of course, the children can proudly take their watercolor artwork home with them at the end of the course. A colorful experience to remember!

Print Workshop
Give your children a creative and unforgettable birthday in our print workshop!
Younger guests (aged 7-8) transfer their own designs onto foam plates and print them onto paper or cards. Older children (aged 9 and over) can choose to work with either soft-cut plates or foam plates and then print their creations on high-quality printing paper or cards using our printing machine. On request, we can also work with the children to design sketchbooks with individually printed book covers - a great souvenir of this special day!

Manga Drawing

In our workshop, the kids create their own characters together under the guidance of experienced manga artists. Tape Art
There is a lot of gluing, a lot of experimentation, but also a lot of fantasizing!
Tape art is an art form that is created from adhesive tapes. Different adhesive tapes with different colors, structures and shapes are used. In this birthday workshop, pictures are designed by different colored tapes. It can be worked according to templates, very fine as drawn or even freely collage-like tinkered. Of course, every child can take home their works of art at the end of their birthday.

Monster Poster
Would you like to give your children a unique and creative birthday present?
In our monster poster workshop, kids can design their own giant monster on a painting board - perfect for displaying the finished artwork in their own room later! Under the guidance of our experienced artists, the children design imaginative monsters and paint them with high-quality acrylic paint on a sturdy painting board.
